For deliveries within Germany, we offer the following payment methods, unless otherwise specified in the respective product description in the offer:

Payment by voucher:

In the "Shopping Cart", enter your voucher code in the field provided marked "Voucher number". If the order value exceeds the value of the voucher code, select the payment method you wish to use to pay the remaining balance. If the value of the voucher is higher than the order value, you can reuse the same voucher code for a future purchase. The remaining balance will remain available to you until the credit has been used up.

Shipping:

Your order is shipped with DHL. All shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage. Once you have received your order and confirmed receipt with your signature, the insurance coverage expires.

We process and ship orders during our general business hours.

Your order will be ready for shipment no later than one working day after receipt of payment.

Shipping costs and delivery times:

Within GERMANY via DHL, shipping costs: 6.00 EUR, delivery times: 1-3 working days.
Within the EU, shipping via DHL, costs: 15.00 EUR, delivery times: 3-5 working days, (EU delivery countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, United Kingdom, Cyprus).
To Switzerland, shipping via DHL, costs: 17.50 EUR, delivery times: 4-7 working days (we deliver VAT-free to Switzerland).
To Australia, USA, Canada and the rest of the world via DHL, shipping costs: 35.00 EUR, delivery times: 7-14 working days.

Tracking:

As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive an e-mail notification with the DHL tracking number. You can check the status of your shipment after one to two hours via the following link. DHL shipment tracking

Please note that for cross-border deliveries, additional taxes (e.g., in the case of an intra-community acquisition) and/or duties, such as customs duties, may be incurred, which must be paid by you.
