Shipping and payment information

Payment options:

For deliveries within Germany, we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise stated in the respective product presentation in the offer:

  • Payment in advance
  • PayPal
  • VISA/Mastercard

For deliveries abroad, we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise stated in the respective product presentation in the offer:

  • VISA/Mastercard

Payment by voucher:

In the “shopping cart” enter your voucher code in the “voucher number” field provided. If the order value exceeds the value of the voucher code, then select the payment method with which you want to pay the remaining amount. If the value of the voucher is higher than the order value, you can use the same voucher code again for your next purchase. The remaining amount is available to you until the credit is used up.

Shipment:

Your order will be shipped with DHL. All shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage. As soon as you have received your order and confirmed it with your signature, the insurance coverage expires.

We process and ship orders during our general business hours.

Your order will be ready for dispatch no later than one working day after receipt of payment.

Shipping costs and delivery times:

  • Within GERMANY via DHL, shipping costs: EUR 5.00, delivery times: 1-3 working days.
  • Shipping within the EU with DHL, costs: EUR 10.00, delivery times: 3-5 working days, (EU delivery countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, United Kingdom, Cyprus).
  • Shipping to Switzerland with DHL, costs: EUR 17.50, delivery times: 4-7 working days (we deliver VAT free to Switzerland).
  • To Australia, USA, Canada and the rest of the world via DHL, shipping costs: EUR 35.00 Delivery times: 7-14 working days.

Shipment tracking:

Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email notification with the DHL tracking number. You can check the shipment status after one to two hours using the link below. DHL Tracking


Please note that for cross-border deliveries, additional taxes (e.g. in the case of intra-community purchases) and/or duties, such as customs duties, may apply, which you must bear.
